Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Unfortunately, my experience with Ideal Cleaning is very disappointing. The quality of the cleaning isn't as they advertise it and the customer service was very poor, I barely got any replies to my messages. Considering the pricing I would have expected a much better service overall.
