Great service from start to finish. Was easy to get in touch and arrange a date to come and clean my sofas. They kept in touch and turned up when they should. Great service, living room carpet was filthy after recently having a lot of building work done on the house alongside having a puppy who had many accidents during toilet training. Robert and Pete did an amazing job of our carpet. We moved into a house where the previous owners had two big dogs and the carpet was so smelly and stained that we didn't dare put our furniture in the living room or even walk in there without shoes. It is now at least 2 shades lighter and stain/ odour-free. They did such a thorough job and showed me the results of every step. They went over the whole carpet twice to get as much dog hair up as possible. Really recommend!

This is a late review! However, I used brenton services before Christmas last year as my 1 year old had put various stains on the carpet. The carpet was looking flat as well, and just generally a bit shoddy for a carpet which has only been in a few years. No job was too small for these guys. Professional and lovely they cleaned the carpet to a very high standard, whilst I was working from home in the dining room.
I was so impressed with the way they worked. I even asked Robert for his opinion on other carpets around the house and unlike other carpet companies he said they didn't need doing just yet. For the price you pay it's incredibly reasonable and I will deffo be using these guys again!

Fantastic! Amazing service. Needed carpets drying after leaving my tap on whilst at work, phoned Thursday evening and they were extreamly responsive and here by Friday morning. Spent a couple of hours drying the carpets, taking their time to do it properly rather than rushing. Staff were also very pleasant and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had our sofa's cleaned today. We were initially told that it would take out the stains and give them an overall good thorough clean. Was not happy with the job- the sofa was covered in hairs and the stains had not been removed, to be honest they barely looked any different. When I bought this to Robert's attention he asked another young boy to pick up the hairs with his hands.
You would have thought they would put the hoover back on and gave it a good clean, but didn't bother. To be honest it was obvious that nobody cared and they just wanted to leave. I got my hoover out and did it myself in front of him. I was waiting for Robert to come back inside, to ask if we were happy and to atleast let us know he was finished and leaving, but no, rudely all sat in the car, 1 knocked on the door who wanted the money. Will not be recommending or using again. Overall not great service and poor customer service. A little politeness goes a long way!

I had tried to clean my badly water marked sofa myself a number of times and this was my last ditch attempt before replacing it. No need for a new sofa now! Lovely people - thoroughly cleaned my carpet for my uni accom which was so filthy. In an hour they managed to make it look brand new and managed to take out all the stains and dirt. We had our stair and landing carpet cleaned today. We are very pleased with the professional service and the clean finish. The team arrived at the time they said, undertook the clean efficiently and thoroughly and charged the agreed amount quoted. The carpet looks like new and smells fresh (not dusty any more). Robert was exceptional in the friendliness and standards use to clean our office carpets & chairs. From the offset he didn't try to "sell up" anything, he was honest that they use various methods of cleaning and pointed out areas which may be stubborn - as you can see from the images this was unneeded! Brilliant results for a very fair price. Would certainly use again and would recommend to anyone looking

I'm very impressed with the work that Robert and his brother did. They were polite and considerate and even cleaned my small landing carpet free of charge. All the pet stains and smells have completely gone from the carpet. I would definitely recommend them and will be getting in touch with them again when I next need a carpet cleaned.

I've used Brenton several times in the past and they always provided me with a great service. My carpets always come up looking like new and nearly dry before they leave, my upholstery cleans up brilliant smelling great and so much brighter. Rob is a fast worker, polite and friendly. The bottle of free stain remover is very handy and means I do not have to phone them as much which is saving me money.

Used these guys on the back of recommendations from the internet, they are really good! Moved into a new property and there were traffic marks on the stairs and landing carpets and also a big patch on the floor in the bedroom which i didnt think would come out, these guys cleared up all marks no problem and the carpets came up like new! Also got a free bottle of carpet stain remover and some good advide on how to get rid of stains in the future. Would use again.
