The Maids

Just had 3 lovely ladies. Nothing to much trouble. They were extremely helpful and friendly, did what we initially asked for and then filled the remaining time doing other things without being asked. Really happy with the service and would recommend these ladies.

Friendly staff but too expensive for what 2 cleaners did in a hour an half. Did not have time to hoover and were clock watching. They bring and use own cleaning products which made it even more uncomfortable especially with all the COVID cases. Not sure if they were new or used cloths used in our house.

Avoid. I booked a clean for 177 pounds - 2 cleaners for 2 hours of a 2 bed flat. Despite having left a list clearly indicating items of priority, none had been completed and they alleged to have ran out of time, despite the top items on the list not having been done! They did not touch the extractor fan or windows which were filthy. The manager arranged for a 're-do' and yet the cleaners who came made excuses upon excuses for not cleaning certain items and left without completing the work yet again. Absolutely appalling and would never recommend them - stay away!

Extremely poor cleaning despite manager rearranging the clean with another team - they refused to clean the oven stating that they didn't have enough time even though there was still 40 minutes left of their alloted time and there were 3 of them! Absolute nightmare and such an expensive, stressful clean!

I have a small three bed house so rating according to the amount of beds in the house made their services a bit too expensive. An eight hour cleaning was reduced to half of it, e. g. after four hours it was all done. It was pretty good but not perfect. As it was a pretty easy job, I would have expected more attention to details. Their Hoover was not good enough to clean my carpet.

I have a cat and had to hover again after they left with my G-tech. Noticed she never moved the TV to hover behind it; she did not take the things on the desk to wipe the dust and only passed the cloth around it; there were dirt spots behind my tv table that I had to clean myself. All this should be done when you are paying such a high rate.

I use The Maids for spring cleaning now and again and I am very happy with the service. I also find them very helpful over the telephone with my requirements.

The Maids clean for my elderly Mother. I am so happy with the service and my Mother gets on well with the cleaners. I know that when they arrive they check to see if my Mother is all right. Their cleaning is excellent and they are very helpful, if my Mother should need anything, my telephone number is given to the maid, just in case.

The Maids are professionals, so I can rely on them to go in and clean while I'm at work. It's so nice to come home and see my home clean. I have used The Maids for 6 years now and I'm very happy with the service. If I go away on holiday and don't want a clean, I call them and give just 5 days notice, there is no charge for cancellations.

I use the service now and again throughout the year. I know there is always someone at the end of the telephone if I should want to book. They are very helpful when I need advice.
