Kirk Contracts have full Accreditation with Safe Contractor, Constructionline and IPAF and use HS Direct who provide Kirk Contracts Ltd with Competent Health and Safety Advice. This can include advice on changes to legislation and general Health and Safety documentation. We understand that each job and client is different so prior to all cleaning jobs we send an on-site manager to inspect the site and conduct a free no obligation site survey consisting of a visual site inspection and survey, establish a clear understanding of the clients needs and ascertain any health and safety requirements.
Kirk Contracts Ltd first invested in the Reach and Wash System over 20 years ago, and was THE first window cleaning company in Nottingham to start using this innovative system. The main benefit of our Reach and Wash System is that it can be used safely by a single operator from the ground. There is no need for any ladders, which makes us 100% compliant with all Health and Safety requirements. It is also Environmentally friendly as its utilises 100% pure water and no need for extra cleaning chemicals.
Where required Kirk Contracts can provide High Level Cleaning Access for the more challenging buildings. Our International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) and Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufactured Association (PASMA) trained cleaning specialists will ensure a comprehensive cleaning service using high level access equipment such as scaffold towers, scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
