I would not recommend that you use this company if you need a reliable service. I am a landlord and booked this company in between tenancies. They rang me to rearrange the clean due to staff absences but then didn't ring me back to reschedule. After several days of chasing they then told me they couldn't do it after all, leaving me with only a couple of days notice to find another service. Upon ringing them I found them surly, unhelpful and unprofessional, no offer to rectify or compensate in any way.

This is the first time I use end of tenancy cleaning, this company is recommended by my friend, I can say that it is very worth to use their service. They cleaned so good. Letsclean provide an efficient service. I used them for the end of tenancy clean for a 3 bedroom house. The carpets were steam cleaned and everything was spotless. I have used Let's Clean in the past for end of tenancy cleans and I have always found them to be professional, punctual and the attention to detail is great. I have always found them to be the best value for money, that is why they were the first company I contacted when I recently needed an end of tenancy clean and they were just as fantastic. Great Clean by Andy and the guys that did the End of Tenancy Clean. We also found the back of house staff very easy to deal with and very helpful. We provided them with a list of key areas the Land owner had pointed out to us (All already covered by the service they offered) and they made sure that all of them were addressed to the fullest. We managed to have our FULL deposit returned, in part because of the attention to detail performed by the Team. We will happily use them again and recommend to anyone who asks!
