Our carpet cleaning systems and solutions ensure that fibres are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed deep down (NOT just the surface). Carpet cleaning solutions that are not fully rinsed out act as a magnet for dirt thus causing rapid re-soiling, for this reason we include in our carpet cleaning system an essential extra step - a specially formulated ph-balancing fibre rinse that removes carpet cleaning solution residue along with deep down dirt.
Below is a basic guide on how to treat spots spillages yourself. If you are in any doubt, place a white cold damp cloth on the stain and call us on: 01932 859814. Before using any cleaning solution, test your carpet in an inconspicuous area to make sure the cleaner won't damage or discolour the fibres.

Bourne Valley cleaned my whole flat (sitting room dining room two bedrooms and hall). They replied quickly to my request for a which was competitive and they arrived on time. They worked very efficiently and considerately and the carpets look like new. All the marks and stains some of which have been there for years are gone. The best carpet cleaners I have ever had and I would recommend them without hestitation.
