At Vanguard Cleaning we have been passionate and professional about meeting the rigorous challenges presented by the healthcare sector since our inception over 20 years ago. It is what we like to think of as our company benchmark. We know that you can trust us to bring with us this wealth of expertise in the field of medical cleaning as we clean well over 80 surgeries and a large proportion of them have been with us for many years.
Although we know that CQC inspections have been a huge headache for our medical partners it has presented us with an opportunity to excel, in what we do best, and at the same time take the stresses and strains away from practice managers, so at the very least, you can forget about the cleaning side of things when the CQC inspectors come knocking on the door.
Vanguard understands the responsibility and vital part they have to play in making sure medical premises comply with infection control procedures and the fight against cross contamination. We see infection control being central to all that we do. The selection of market leading chemicals and colour coding equipment is clearly vital but we also recognise the need to train our staff in the usage of the equipment properly.
Whether it's new staff or staff who we may have transferred from an existing employer (TUPE) we start off by giving them a thorough induction. The induction covers all aspects of their job but particularly focusses on infection control, colour coding, health & safety including needle stick injuries, bio-hazard cleaning and cleaning methodology.
