Excellent service from Competent Cleaners. Responsive communication with Mark from the first enquiry. There was a very slight issue with one of the carpets which was responded to immediately by Mark who sent Reuben to rectify the issue. Reuben arrived at the time agreed, was courteous, friendly and professional. He obviously knows what he's doing and made a brilliant job of the carpet which now looks and smells 100% better. Thank you both, would certainly recommend Competent Cleaners to friends and family.

This is the second time I've used competent cleaners and would throughly recommend them. I was going to hire a well known brand of carpet cleaner from one of the big supermarkets but when I worked out how much it was going to cost me plus, I'd have to do the clean myself, it worked out better to bring in competent cleaners. Lovely, friendly company. Had a giggle with mark (who quoted me the job) & Daniel (who did the job).

Reliable, arrived at a pre arranged time. Pleasant persona, carried out the carpet cleaning and explained the work plan. Undertook the work without any disruption to our daily life. Phoned Mark about getting a velvet sofa and large rug cleaned. Best thing about Competent Cleaners is that they arrange for someone to come out, assess the situation and give us a quote with no surprises on the day. Our 5 year old sofa now looks brand new. This is a velvet sofa w two messy blokes and two dogs sitting on it. Rug stains completely gone and looks amazing too! Can't tell you how pleased I am. Mark was so polite and professional as well. After fitting a new fire guard we were left with some grease stains on the carpet (six months old) which would not budge. Got in touch with Competent Cleaners on the recommendation from the Little Carpet Shop where we got the carpet from. Quote and appointment sorted and they turned up on time today. Almost like magic the grease stains have gone as has a coffee stain near by. Amazing service with everything being explained and advice on how to deal with such things in the future. Brilliant service, Mark was friendly and professional throughout. The upholstery looks and feels like new and smells amazing. Mark gave me some great advice regarding the material of the couch and how it would look when dry as I had some concerns. He was absolutely right although I'm still waiting for it to dry, it already looks fab. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
