We wanted to create a first class window cleaning company offering the best service in and around the Cranleigh/Guildford area, but what exactly was the best way to do this? We had our own thoughts on the matter, but to check we asked everyone we knew, what they would like from their ideal window cleaner.
Providing a window cleaning service to our domestic customers, satisfaction and security is of primary importance to us. We offer a choice of affordable options for standard cleaning services: Regular external window cleaning on a 4,6 or 8 weekly basis to suit your needs. We also provide end of tenancy cleans, one off cleans and builders cleans.
Using The Window Cleaning Company, will not only mean that you get your windows cleaned by a local operative who has met the very high standards we set in terms of the quality of service, reliability and compliance with health and safety legislation, but by using our local operatives, who will already be carrying out work in your area, you will get a your service at the right price.
We specialise in conservatories, cleaning the roof usually twice a year and sides with each window wash. Over time UPVc deteriorates and stains, when left unwashed. Let us keep your investment looking its best! Each roof wash would include any finial detail, glazing bars, leading edge, gutter face, downpipe and of course the glass.

I have worked with The Window Cleaning Company for many years now on blocks of flats I manage, and they always provide the best service and quality. The blocks all vary in size, and some are large listed buildings which require only 10/10 cleaning. Myself and my clients are always extremely happy with their work.

I have used this company to clean my windows twice and both times they left scratches. I contacted them to discuss what I can do to fix the scratches and also cancel my contract (I don't trust them for a third time!) but have heard nothing back to confirm the cancellation. I understand that accidents happen but their level of customer service is very poor. Photos of two (out of the three) scratched windows are shown. My windows were newly installed too, which adds to the frustration!
