The couple arrived at the agreed time and presented as polite and friendly: really nice on a freezing cold January morning! They (Alex and Karen) were extremely knowledgeable and explained a little about their business. The machine they used looked brand new and was HUGE! They set about our suite with real gusto and finished in around an hour. They really put in a huge amount of work in the time they were here and were obviously well versed at their trade! Afterwards we had a coffee and chatted for a short time, then we paid them.

We put just a little extra in for their effort and they offered it back saying we gave them too much! These two are a real find: I have never met such honest and hard working people. Oh and the suite? Absolutely Superb. and they are sooooooo reasonably priced. I mean REALLY reasonable! I will never use anyone else again for carpets or upholstery cleaning. They are the best I have ever came across. Well done Alex and Karen: you really are a credit to your profession.oh and many many thanks once again.
