Utterly appalling service. Tried to book a cleaner, sadly due to an accident she was unable to start. The cleaner notified me promptly and I felt bad as she will be out of action for some time. What then shocked me was how late belle casa mgmt found this out. A good company would know the same day about their contractors welfare not days later. Needless to say no apologies, no offer of replacement and like MANY other reviews on here, still waiting for my key to be returned after numerous failed promises.

I wish I'd read the reviews before booking this company. My experience is almost word for word the same as the others on these reviews. They say they won't deduct the quarterly fee until they'd checked and got feedback. The phone call for feedback didn't happen and the money came out of my account within 2 weeks. As soon as the money was taken the problems started. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - BE WARNED!

I employed Belle Casa as a cleaning company about 3 weeks ago, I signed my contract with the Director Jenny who visited my home. A few days later I was assigned a cleaner who I am happy to name if anyone would like to know her name who visited my home to introduce herself and to collect my house key. Cassidy (another staff member of Belle Casa) called me to ask for my feedback on my clean - she completely broke my trust and passed my critique onto our cleaner after I specifically asked her not to and the cleaner decided that she no longer wanted to clean our home - this is her prerogative. However, the fact that this cleaner still has my front door key and I have contacted the cleaning company on numerous occasions - being told that she had returned my key via Royal Mail over 11 days ago and I am still waiting for it to be returned.

I entrusted this company with a cleaner who they say they have vetted, yet, my house key is still in someone else's possession. This review is 100% true and factual. I would like Belle Casa to once again contact me and inform me of what they are going to do about my missing front door key. If the cleaner has sent it back via the post, I find this totally unprofessional and I would like your company to recompense my as I will now have to have my locks changed. I am not going to drop this issue until it is resolved. Write a comment.

Absolutely awful to deal with. After having two cleaners provided who are not up to scratch, I am still awaiting the return of my house keys 3 weeks after terminating the services. It's a real shame as I have used the franchise before but in a different area and the service was brilliant. The customer service here is appalling. I would not recommend this franchise.

Tried to book a cleaner in Buckingham - franchisee cancelled first appointment on the day of the appointment, rearranged for 2 weeks later after her holiday, then cancelled again on the day simply because another client had cancelled and she didn't want to make the trip from her Northampton base to my house to get just my contract. Not even an apology just a request to rearrange a different appointment (again). Shockingly unprofessional and a shame for the cleaners who are associated with this brand.
