Worst company for everything the new area manager (Chantelle) well she has a bad attitude when approached about work not getting done she said they don't care if they lose the contract as it's the only one in that postcode she refuses to pull the cleaners about jobs as she dosent want anyone to leave hahaha absolute jokers of a company if anyone is thinking of using these think again same goes if someone wants a job there please don't they are useless.worst two years of my life so glad I'm out of it.

Absolutely horrendous company to work for, shocking.and if there was 0 star option then that would be my choice. understaffed for a start. and don't even get me started on the supervisors. let's just say, I'm 22 years old and they told me I'm not allowed to talk to people in the school, not allowed my phone, and everything was my fault. bully's. I got sacked for having a 20 second vape outside the premises, but because I'm young they found me an easy target. Discrimination, unfair dismissal.
They don't know their left foot from their right so I've no idea how they're running a company. If your thinking of applying for a job, then DONT! You will dread going to work, come out with a pounding stress headache, be stalked and watched like a hauk, bullied, manipulated, and made to walk about feeling miserable and depressed, stay well away! No wonder 18 cleaners have left the branch I worked at. Absolutely disgraceful!

The supervisor/manager with 'Peter-Pan Syndrome' who behaves like a spoiled girl when she's upset, and the weird laugh in front of customers is so professional that she sneaks into the sites just to make an appearance but hides from the site managers. So the site manager who can never talk to her, has to talk directly to the company owner to try to get a decent service. Manager?

Worked for bulloughs for nearly 3 years they are so nice to work for and very proffesional i had the claire oreilly as my area supervisor who is so nice and helped me with anything i had difficulty with. And jason waddington who was also on site to help. I would most definatly work for this company again as i was treated very well

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Worst company to work for as a cleaner. The supervisor doesn't have a clue about her job. No idea how she got the role!. Still waiting for supplies, gloves, cleaning materials. Honest don't know how this company hasn't been shut down. If your thinking about joining. DONT

Great company to work for. Helpful and professional. I have worked for bulloughs on and off for over ten years. I have really enjoyed it. Had to give up work during the first covid lockdown due to childcare but as soon as lockdown was lifted and the kids went back to school bulloughs offered me another role and was able to start work again.

I've worked for the company for over a year and half now, I have nothing but praises for my management team (Jason and Claire), they are hard working, respectful and are there when I have needed them regardless of the situation. Very professional, punctual and they really do care about their staff and clients. Its a pleasure working for such a great company.
