Recently worked for cleanbright Ltd, left due to strained back, caused by 6 mths of cleaning large areas of floors, using just a mop and bucket, no proper floor cleaners, given or had on premises. lifts in work place out of order, so had to carry work apparatus up and down staircases. One expected to take cleaning cloths after use, home to wash in ones own washer, and not get paid for it. AlsoTaking into consideration Covid is about. Employers only came for visits to see their employees, when, or if their was a complaint put in.
Otherwise they never showed their faces, to see if their employees was OK. At start of employment, no induction, no training. Just shown what to do, by relieve cleaners. Then just left too it. "Employer", shown her true colours, Verbally, not a nice person, hostile. For me, I expect to be shown respect. Wherever I work. Her loss, Not mine.
