Clean Living have done a brilliant job of the carpets in my house. I just needed a 'freshen up' of the carpets in a three bedroom house after few years of medium wear. They came around and measured up, gave me a quote and a few days later the job was done. They were punctual, fairly priced and very professional. Carpets were systematically cleaned from one corner of the room to the other.

Particular attention was paid to any marked spots and the carpets came up looking much cleaner and more uniformed throughout. The high traffic areas of the carpets have had a new lease of life. I had intended to buy new carpets but they have done such a great job I won't need to worry about that for a little while longer. It was a well executed job from start to finish so I am glad I found them. I can totally recommend Clean Living.

We're using 40k worth of enormous equipment not suited for you. So I let you make your own mind up about this company

I called Steve after an accidental coffee spill on a 6 month old lounge carpet. It wasn't a small stain, we're talking a whole mug full. I had tried a couple of other companies and I'm now really grateful they couldn't help me. Steve asked me some questions over the phone and made it very clear that while he would try his best to get the stain out, he couldn't guarantee it.

I figured whatever he could do would be an improvement. He was also able to get out to me within a few days. It turned out he could remove the stain and did an amazing job cleaning the whole carpet. Steve was very friendly and professional, and took time to explain to me what he was doing. I am a convert to more regular carpet cleaning now and will definitely be using Steve in the future.

We had great service from Steve. Punctual, professional and thorough. A pleasure to deal with and a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend him. It's a pleasant change to deal with someone who does exactly what he says he will do.

I would like to have the opportunity to rate Steve however, having spent a considerable time emptying 2 lounges he failed to appear for our prearranged appointment at 9am. Yes, I received a text an hour and a half after the time he should have started saying he would not be able to keep the appointment. This was only after I had called him asking him to ring me.

I sympathise when equipment breaks however, a visit the evening before (we live in the same village) would have saved me alot of work and left me feeling happier. I have no doubt that Steve would have made a good job of cleaning my carpet but as for his professionalism.

Steve was great at responding to a desperate request to try and get nail varnish off my sofa. Even though it didn't come off, Steve tried everything he could and I felt satisfied that if he couldn't get it off, then nobody could. A really quick response and a Saturday visit just demonstrated Steve's excellent customer service. Will plan to use again to deep clean the sofa.
