I believe Moores cleans Romanway school common knowledge is the toilets are unfit for use my granddaughter won't use the toilets due to them be constantly dirty which has been pointed out by teachers and other parents before COVID, which is a concern considering we now need higher standards. If the cleaners spent more time cleaning instead of drinking tea im sure it would improve drastically but I'm afraid Moores don't really care as long as they are getting paid.vile lazy money grabbing tuesdays!

I believe that following a competitive tender process Moores Cleaning were awarded the contract for the communal areas of my apartment in Christchurch. I strongly suspect that their bid was 'priced to win' and the unfortunate lone operative is now tasked with delivering the scope of the services in 50% of the time which was allocated to the previous cleaning company! Needless to say that standards have slipped dramatically as illustrated in the attached photograph - shortly after our recent weekly visit we re-cleaned this section of stairway.our own efforts on the left (descending) the Moores time-limited efforts on the right.

Moores have been carrying out our cleaning requirements for the past 14 months. Our regular cleaning operative Mike, works to a high standard, is polite, professional and cheery - we are always pleased to see to him! Their customer service is responsive and quick on any questions we may have. Moores also carry out our window cleaning requirement both interior and exterior. They always turn up on the due date and get on with the job with no disruption to us. We are very happy to have Moores as our cleaning contractor.

We have been supported by Moores Cleaning with day-to-day and deep cleaning services for over a year. Premier Coating & Converters ltd have been using Moores Cleaning Services since the back end of 2014 and from the first meeting have found them always eager to help and assist is with ever changing demands. The cleaning team are always friendly and most importantly are always on time and do what we have have asked of. We have regular dialogue with the supervisors who let us know of ideas or suggestions they have to improve on the great service they provide us with now.

Absolutely zero regard for the people that work for them, no attempts to address their concerns even when provided with spadefuls of evidence. Empty promises about covering for employees when they can't make it in and in no hurry to pay wages when promised and ignore phone calls regarding said missing wages as well. Quick to dismiss employees though.
Probably great if you're a customer and you want to make your cleaner really work for the joke of a pittance of a wage they earn (they get away with paying less than minimum wage by completely falsifying what they laughingly call a cleaning schedule.)
