Wherlie bin not been cleaned for 7 weeks. Supposed to be 5 weekly. Have rang them and left several messages and phone number. No response so far. Paid over 20 pds for 6 washes only had 1 so far. Paid in Oct at beginning.

Used this service for nearly two years with non-issue. However since my last payment in August I've had little to no visit and empty promises and lack of contact from the owner. I paid three months in advance and sent numerous emails. Looks like that money is lost
