Very good professional job, managed to get some tough ink stains out. Carpet however taking quite some time to dry. Some feedback to encourage more bookings would be to have a discounted follow up clean in 6-7 months for eg. Overall very pleased thank you Services: General carpet cleaning, Carpet steam cleaning

Janet and her team did an excellent job of bringing my flat back to life after tenants left it in a shocking state. I asked them to clean the carpets, sofa and for an end of tenancy clean and they did an excellent job! They were very responsive from start to finish and kept me in the loop at all times by emailing and sending me pictures of before and after. I live abroad so I couldn't be there in person so this was very helpful. Would 100% recommend katcleaning!

Excellent job, done straight away and very neat and tidy. The results are amazing, I paid the extra for stain cleaning as some areas needed much more attention and more materials to be used but the results are awesome. I am very impressed with the results and will definitely be using KatCleaning for upholstery cleaning in near future. Last time we had cleaning service we paid the same price to Fantastic cleaners and yet the results were very bad compared to these now. Thanks guys, see you soon.

Had this company come do my wool mattress expected it to be steamed cleaned because it's a wool mattress.but they used a carpet cleaner My mattress is now soaked and still dirty I now have to hire another company to come do the job properly and only received a 20 refund so 70 wasted Had my oven cleaned too which was fairly clean to start with and noticed no difference in that either Total waste of money use another company and save your money
