Established in 1995 by Chairman, Jim Corrigan, Grade One have built and maintained a reputation for providing quality, professional and cost effective cleaning and support services in the South East and City of London. As a family operated business based in Kent, with a team of dedicated staff, we have the capability to provide a full range of support services including, daily cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services and additional specialised services as part of a simple, managed package to create clean environments to suit the individual needs of your business.

At Grade One we are committed to considering the effect we have on the environment and, wherever possible, finding ways to reduce, minimise, negate or eradicate our impact. We work very closely with our suppliers and clients to enhance our environmental commitments and we are accredited to ISO 14001 by a UKAS approved body.
