We are a family run and owned business based in Dorchester, Dorset. Our manager and owner Steve Chapman has over 25 years experience in expert carpet cleaning services. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. We treat every customer individually, there's no one size fits all method here. We strive to provide all of our customers a great value high quality service.
Over time the dust dulls them, the allergens hang around and the dirt can cause a real smell. The carpet is first sprayed with a detergent-like treatment to loosen any soils in the carpet. Then using high power machinery the carpet is simultaneously rinsed and vacuumed to remove all soils and treatment.

I had two runner rugs and a larger rug cleaned superbly by The Carpet Doctor for a very reasonable price. Steve collected them on the date agreed and delivered them back, again on the date agreed. Having watched the video of the processes involved, no wonder they looked so good - very through and done with pride in their workmanship. Simon was friendly, efficient & professional. In our commercial building (Pulse Fitness) the carpets were looking dowdy, tired with a couple of oil stains within the gym area. I wasn't convinced it would help remove as much as it did, I was wrong! Really pleased with the result. Would highly recommend using the Carpet Doctor. Service: Carpet cleaning

Steve Chapman collected 2 rugs for cleaning over 2 weeks ago. I previously wrote a bad (1 star) review due to receiving no communication after more than two weeks and various phone calls and an email asking why it has not been returned. Amazingly, after reading my previous review, the rugs have been returned. There is still the issue of poor communications between proprietor and customer and workforce whilst on holiday. Anyway, because I have received them back, I have revised my review and given 2 stars now.

Absolutely fantastic service not only the treatments but also the rapid response times. I have repeatedly used Steve and his team for carpet cleaning, carpet and upholstery treatments such as protective Scotchgard for brand newncarpets and sofas, plus they can also treat carpets to prevent infestation of fleas etc if you have pets. Steve and his team are fantastic, reliable and I would highly recommend their company as I have used them repeatedly now for 8 years and never been dissapointed with the results!
