A M S Cleaning Ltd

I worked for the company for 7 years and would highly recommend working for them. I feel that they offer good rates of pay and will do what ever they can to help out with hours to suit you. I also feel that Linda and Kayleigh are approachable and are always at the end of the phone if you need support with anything. For example they will help sort out any issues that you might have within the site you are working at.

Also there was one time that I needed to ask about changing my hours for a period of time to undertake my Maths GCSE and I found t hat Linda was very understanding about this and allowed me to do this for which I appreciated very much. These things I feel show that they are a good company to work for. The other benefit for working for the company is the team of cleaners that you get to work with they are welcoming and friendly and will do all they can to train and make new staff feel very welcome and part of the team.

The only reason why I left the company recently is because I have been doing two jobs for a long time now and I felt the time was right to move on to try new career challenges but would definitely recommend working for AMS Cleaning.

I have worked for AMS cleaning ltd for 18 months, I can only feel like the bad comments could be from people who have been bad team players or maybe even been dismissed. I enjoy working for AMS and we have a great team.

I worked for this company they didn't say why i didn't pass probation period off 3months after a month heard cause i was meant to have been on my phone but it's ok for a supervisor to use hers and use her vape after i explained was not good to do sorry maybe I should of read reviews before going for job tbh it should not be one rule for one and one rule for other my views if face don't fit your not in and tbh from now on I will read reviews before going for job and should tell people why don't pass probation period truth is my face didn't fit simple as oh also its supervisor job to order stock but i got brunt of it as someone noticed there was not enough stock well I was not supervisor myself and other informed the supervisor that needed to order stock but nothing was done also its supervisor job to clean the clothes not others

I've worked for AMS for 3 years now and I totally enjoy the working for the company. The staff are well looked after and thought of. Linda and the office team are always only a phone call away. Kayleigh is amazing in the office and is willing to help anyway she can. Everyone is professional and we all work as a team pulling in the same direction. My family also have heald positions in the company and we hold AMS in high regard. Would recommend working for the company to anyone. Come join a friendly, professional, hard working and committed team.

I would like to say I worked for AMS a few months now, my training was Pofessional with toolbox talks and supervision in place, I wasn't left on my own untill I was happy with what I was doing either, and the team I work with are a lovely. The manager is very fair and very understanding of family difficulties when I've had them myself as she is a family women herself! So bla bla to the bad comments, can only make the team and AMS stronger.

Well I have worked for AMS for over a year now. Found management to be very fair, understanding and helpful. I guess it's all about getting in there, doing the job properly and being reliable and dependable.
