Carpet manufacturers recommend you should have your carpets cleaned at least every 12 to 18 months. In Depth offer a Spot, Stain and Odour Removal Service. As Chris Phillips has undertaken specialised Stain removal training, you can be sure that you will be receiving a First Class Service. We do not guarantee the removal of all spots and stains, this would be misleading - not all spots and stains can be removed.

Absolutely delighted with Chris's cleaning. The carpets and leather sofa and chair have come up like new! They are several years old and were ingrained. We've tried cleaning them but our results made precious little difference. I'll certainly use him again and I recommend him highly. The difference is nothing short of amazing! He is prompt, polite and highly professional. So nice when you receive better service and results than you had thought possible!

Chris was very professional from our first meeting, when he came to assess the job and give us a quote, to the completed work. He was punctual on both occasions and was helpful and friendly. He definitely knows his trade inside out. Our carpets have been transformed. Chris made no promises and these carpets needed thoroughly cleaning. We had recently moved here and I thought i would have to replace all the carpets in the house but thanks to Chris I now don't. The colour and pile are back and they look great! I would highly recommend Chris for excellent work at a highly competitive price!

I have been on a few NCCA courses with Chris as I'm a member of the national carpet cleaning association aswell and not only is he a nice friendly guy he is very knowledgable when it comes to restoration and deep cleaning of pretty much anything. He was a valuable member of the class and seemed to know the answers for everything. I really thought he should of be teaching the class lol So I'd def highly recommend him

Chris did a superb job cleaning our sofas especially the head rest area; also cleaned 2 antique dining chairs. The sofas were partly upholstered in leather & he cleaned/conditioned the leather too. More particularly he skillfully rstored the colour of the leather armrests which had worn. All very good work. Service: Clean upholstery

I've just moved to a new address and before I moved in I decided to commission Chris to come and do a deep clean on all the carpets and the laminate floor in the kitchen. He's done an exceptional job and its made the whole house feel fresh and clean to move into. Chris was very accomodating fitting us in on a Saturday to avoid disruption in the office, and has been nothing but friendly throughout the whole process. Chris and his team were quick and efficient, and the results are great. we even have a bottle of spotter solution to use should we have any stains before our next full clean - would highly recommend!

I know the reason for having my carpets cleaned by Chris was because I won a competition but I can highly recommend Chris for any carpet cleaning that anyone needs doing. I also had extra carpets cleaned which weren’t included in the competition and his prices are very reasonable. Chris is very professional and meticulous with his work and I will definitely have him do more work when needed. In Depth is the one for me
