Proclean's very hands-on management style means attention to detail that puts us a head above the rest. Based in Lavant near Chichester, we started out in 1980 with Margaret and Den Balchin carrying out part time carpet and upholstery cleaning. We've grown a bit since then and during the summer months when we are busy with Goodwood and other events, we now have upward of 250 staff on the payroll. Despite this growth we never forget what sets us apart from other companies, that attention to detail and the personal touch.
We understand how critical it is for you to be able to count on us, so reliability, respect and trust are our watchwords. We choose our cleaning staff carefully, train them fully and keep them for years. We won't let you down. All our staff are committed to helping the team when we have a large event on and will rise to the challenge of ensuring we deliver the best possible service. We've been the cleaning contractor to the Goodwood Estate, and all their events, since 2000 so must be doing something right!
Proclean have been cleaning commercial premises for over 30 years and can tailor a service to meet the requirements of all types of businesses - from small to large offices, health centres, commercial and industrial premises. Our client base is made up of privately owned companies, entertainment venues and public organisations, ranging in size from a few hundred to thousands of square metres. Proclean has provided the cleaning service for wide ranging events, from horse racing at Goodwood and the world famous Festival of Speed, to a comedy festival for the TV channel Comedy Central and even a music festival for the Labour Party in north London. As you can see, very diverse and wide ranging events, all successfully staffed and managed by our experienced team.
