T.C. Bibby & Sons have been cleaning Schools for many years and we fully understand the difficulties of keeping high standards of cleaning in a school environment due to the high volume of traffic. We are happy to carry out a full site survey to provide a specification to suit individual sites. During holiday periods we carry out a deep cleaning programe to floors, walls, carpets, furniture, toilets, windows etc.

I don't normally give negative reviews without trying to resolve the issue with the company themselves first, and this is no exception. I have tried so hard to resolve the issues, but to no avail so it's left me with no choice to warn other potential clients not to use TC Bibby. Firstly the good, Janet in sales is absolutely marvelous. Very helpful and efficient.
But there is where is stops. The service team is dire, they don't inform you when a sharps collection is to be made, and as someone who doesn't work full time in clinic I've had the collections missed. I've had no collections whatsoever, despite repeatedly asking and them being due. They don't return your calls or emails, and after the two year contract you then need to give three months notice. Again no collection at the end of the period. So unless you want hassle with your sharps collections, steer clear of using this company.

My faith in humanity was given a boost today. I had a flat tyre on my car, while waiting for breakdown services to change my wheel, I had taken my wheelchair out of the back of my car. One of T C Bibby & Sons vans was passing on the opposite side of the road, the driver stopped and asked if he could help, at 85 and disabled, I couldn't get down to change the wheel myself.
I told the driver a brealkdown services was on the way. He aske "are you sure". I thanked him and he left, shortly after he was back this time on my side of the road, he had been to a shop and bought a 2 ltr bottle of cold water. And even then didn't leave until the breakdown arrived, by which time he had removed everything needed from the back of my car for the breakdown repair.
I had a few offers of help from passing drivers, but Tony went the full hilt until I was back and ready to get back on the road. In days such as we are living through where it seems we often see so much selfishness, and bad behaviour. It is really great to meet someone like Tony, too have spent time to go to a shop and come back to be sure I had cold water to drink, and to wait until the repairs were completed. Thanks Tony. Not professional at all. Worked as a cleaner for them in Hapton. No uniform provided though told one was sent. Should get paid more i didn't stay with them long as they messed me around with wages and when I got fed up and didn't go back they didn't pay me the seven hours they owe me and still haven't. Sonya W called me threatening in a message when I asked if the prob with my first wage could be sorted. Don't bother with them.

Absolutely disgusted in the driver on Lancaster by pass. I clearly have just passed my test with Clear P plates on the back, yet he decided to drive an inch away from my bumper because I wasn't going fast enough for him. He then persisted to give me abuse with all my children in he car. I have decided to report him. Awful behaviour
