We have been up and running since 2004 and are a family run business, employing around 35 cleaners. We have used Helpful Hands to clean our business and personal properties for around 4 years and have never had a problem with any of the work that they have provided us with. The cleaners we have are courteous and very friendly with my family. We have the same regular cleaners around 70% of the time but there are times when they send a new person in with one of our weekly cleaners but they always get the job done.

We have only ever been let down and that was only just recently during the thick snowfall as we are out in the sticks a little, but they were there the very next day to make good of things. We have 3x dogs that don't always take to people well but they are so used to seeing them now that they have settled with them very well. We have recommended them to friends and family as well. We don't usually do this, but we have used them for so long now that we are confident in what they can offer.
