Our story as a domestic cleaning company begins back in 2002 when the company was founded and we first began providing cleaning services in South West London. Scroll down to see a timeline of the various milestones in our journey as a business. 2400hrs of weekly cleaning being carried out in over 750 homes weekly - think how much time we are saving our customers!
Our goal as a company is to deliver excellent standards of cleaning and service that lives up to the expectations of both our company founders and our customers. To welcome feedback and efficiently respond to client enquiries, whether by telephone or email. To hire individuals with a strong work ethic, such as those who would otherwise be working for themselves.
We locate qualified housekeepers to suit our clients needs and manage the housekeeper client relationship. We value consistent results as much as you do and we make regular visit to all our clients homes to check on this. Our service is available either weekly or fortnightly only and minimum contractual hours are 2.5hrs weekly or 4hrs fortnightly, however discretion is used depending on the size of your home and needs.
Our office-based team has over 40 years of experience in the cleaning industry and will communicate with you on a regular basis giving you peace of mind that we truly care. Would you want to let someone in your home who has not been thoroughly checked or personally interviewed face to face? We don't believe in that either.

Disappointing experience with this company. When they came round initially was told whole house could be cleaned in 2.5 hours. 3 cleaners later and none were able to achieve this. Was told latest cleaner had to leave due to personal reasons so we cancelled contract but they kept a month's management fee despite them letting us down and us not being prepared to have yet another new cleaner. Would not use again or recommend.

Quite simply a super-reliable service from a cleaner who works hard, is totally reliable in timekeeping and does a good job in a conscientious way. Mmmarvellous also took the pain out of finding a new cleaner when my previous provider had let me down. I fully recommend them. Service: Standard cleaning
