We are so pleased and relieved to have found Merry Maids. They are totally professional and trustworthy. We have a very large property so had their Deep Clean service to start with and now a fortnightly visit. They are also au fait with security systems so it is a great relief to be able to go away in the knowledge that they can cope with the alarms etc. and when we return all is well, and the property beautifully cleaned!

We are delighted after Merry Maids of Guildford have left our house as it is always sparkling and clean. We started with a deep clean and now have fortnightly cleans which suits us well. They are flexible in their work and pleasant to have in the house.

Couldn’t be more annoyed or disappointed by the service received from the Stoke & Nantwich Merry Maids.
Arranged a deep clean after just moving into our new house and was quoted £250 to be paid upfront. I thought this was reasonable given the size & work to be done.
2 members of staff spent 3 hours here in total, lightly dusting at best.

The extent of their laziness was not discovered until after spending the whole weekend cleaning myself & discovering age old cobwebs & dirty floors. I have attached the mop bucket to show the colour of the water after cleaning the kitchen floor!
Annette completely unhelpful, referring to t&c’s which state a review to be complete within 24hrs, no discretion taken. My advice, do not pay upfront, review t&c’s carefully, find another cleaning company.

Merry Maids were absolutely fantastic. They carried out a full clean of my Mum’s house as she is very ill and very immunodeficient. Debbie and her maids are extremely friendly, understanding and professional. They clean to very high standards. I would absolutely recommend their services.

We have been using the Ilkley & Skipton Merry Maids for almost 2 years. We always get a call the previous day to say what time they will be coming. The girls turn up on time, are polite and friendly and do a quick and efficient job. I would definitely recommend them
