Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Top2bottom Cleaning (Darren) for upholstery cleaning. He took the time to explain the cleaning process before he came, produced excellent results and it was very good value for money. He did 3 sofas and a footstool and they all look and smell like new, having been subjected to dog hair, children and a wood burner over the past few years. Very impressed - thank you Darren.

Booked to have my driveway professionally cleaned, as it hadn't been done in years and there were two large oil stains on the paving. Arrived early, chemically cleaned the drive, washed and removed all the grime and were able to remove the oil stains. Turned up early on the second day and re sanded my entire drive. Really pleased with the outcome, worth the investment and would recommend this company.

I booked an appointment with Darren a couple of months ago to have my leather sofas deeped cleaned, he arrived at my house on time. Darren's a very professional, knowledgeable and polite person. My sofas didn't need a deep clean as planned, they weren't dirty but had a wax treatment. I'm very happy with the end result, Darren's a genuine guy and didn't charge me for the deep clean, I would definitely be using top2bottom cleaning again. I highly recommend, thankyou Darren! I phoned Top2bottom cleaning to check their availability as the carpet cleaner i had booked with cancelled very last minute, he was so helpful but did inform me he had no slots available for another 5 weeks, he offered some great advice on what to watch out for when booking a carpet cleaner and before ending the call did say if i was really struggling to find anyone he would come the following Saturday.

After calling around a few other companies i found myself calling back Top2bottom cleaning to take him up on his offer - more to do with the fact he had filled me with such confidence with the work he does, i actually would have waited the 5 weeks. Darren came to my house bang on time and measured the space i needed cleaning, the quote was very reasonable!

He assessed every stain and had a 'potion' for all of them. I am delighted with how they look, 90% of the stains you wouldn't even know they were even there. Its smells and looks fresh. I would HIGHLY recommend Top2bottom cleaning, genuine guy who takes pride in his work. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing job on a carpet needing serious tic. Professional, friendly, reliable and definitely knows what they are doing. Used Top2Bottom in April 2020 to clean my driveway. In the beginning I thought that it would be impossible to get it to a condition that I would enjoy looking at it. At that point was thinking about removing it completely. Previous owner neglected it for so many years. After Top2Bottom visited and did the job, I want to keep it! Looks brand new! Incredible job on a cream sofa that is 12 years old and with a 9 month old puppy! Everything was explained and each step was communicated. Darren turned up on time. Spent hours cleaning the wall to wall carpeting and throw rugs in my Mother's house. By the time he finished they looked brand new. Not one stain left. The house smelled fresh. The job he completed was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.

Darren was helpful, efficient and very professional. After he had cleaned our carpets my wife Jane I could not believe they were the same carpets! This was our first time using Top2bottom Cleaning of Worcester and we were not disappointed. Darren is a thorough, polite and knowledgeable cleaning proffessional with attention to detail which in my experience is second to none. The time he took to clean our sofa, especially where nail varnish had been split was well worth the money and completely successful.

The job he did on our carpets was excellent, despite the heavy footfall and one large hairy 4 legged beast doing his best to destroy our oatmeal / mocca coloured carpets. The equipment used was impressive and certainly had the neighbors talking. The finished job was excellent value for money and I couldn't recommend Darren highly enough. Absolutely superb service, would never go anywhere else now! I have never had to get anything cleaned like carpets or rugs before so when my dogs had an accident on the thick pile rug I thought I would have to throw it away but luckily I found Darren's business! His knowledge is fantastic, he was so kind and so helpful, my rug is now super clean and back to normal so no need to throw it away! He really is amazing!
