We have four large houses all close to the University available to rent for the full academic year. These are normally let to full time students, although part time and non students would be considered. Each house has been renovated to a high standard ensuring that your time in one of our houses is as enjoyable as possible. You will deal directly with Martin, an experienced landlord, with no need to worry about elusive management agents. All properties meet or exceed current regulations and the landlord is a registered member of the National Landlords Association and the Midland Landlord Accredition Scheme.
Services
Each room comes with a double bed, wardrobe or hanging rail, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Currently no but this is under consideration. I will help and advise in the setting up of the utility accounts. Generally it will work out cheaper for tenants to manage the bills themselves. This is actually very easy especially as two houses have smart meters which can be linked to your phone.
