All in all, for nearly 300, it was an appalling service and clean. The cleaners were over an hour late. I wasn't told in advance. This impacted on my meetings for the day meaning I lost money because I had to cancel a client. They were informed of this and no offer of a reduction was made. On returning to my home, I signed a form and wrote specifically that on first sight it seemed clean but indicated I hadn't inspected. However, it became clear that evening that the floors had not been washed.
I let this go because I couldn't face the hassle.until I moved the shoe rack and saw it hadn't even been swept. I raised a complaint and a week later was told that they'd let me know about lateness once they knew.which was after they'd meant to have arrived. They also said I'd signed a form to say I'd inspected, even though I specifically wrote on the form that I hadn't. I didn't have the time because I had a client, which I'd already had to re-arrange because of lateness.

We are really pleased with the quick response and professional work! We were looking for the right cleaning company for more than a month and we tried 3 different local companies. The first one didn't come, the second one provided us with awful service and the third one cancelled the booking on the day of the visit they were booked! Then I called Mel Cleaning they has managed to send a person on the same day!
The lady who came was really friendly and polite and did a brilliant job quicker than we agreed and I was more than happy to pay the agreed time. After that, we agreed on a regular cleaning service! Really appreciate their professionalism! That was what we were looking for!

Mel cleaning are very professional and effective cleaning service. I have used them many times and trust them totally. They can deal quickly and efficiently with allsorts of cleaning issues. The staff take good care of the rooms that they are cleaning. I also use their carpet steam cleaning service which always makes the carpets look terrific. Whenever I ring to make a booking, the office staff are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely team both to schedule in and those who did the job. Quick responses and accommodated timing restrictions for appointments at short notice. Would recommend for all end of tenancy cleans! Would have been 5 stars but some unexpected costs were bolted on after the clean so it went over the quoted cost. Understand the costs were fair but it wasn't raised in the booking process that these would incur more and the cost could be fairly significantly more. But overall very happy to recommend!
