We have successfully cleaned all types of kitchen extraction and ducting including Heydel Ceilings and other specialist ventilation systems. All ventilation cleaning works include a comprehensive TR/19 post clean report - containing; before and after photographs, wet film thickness testing and a schematic, a proposed cleaning frequency and any recommendations for further works. This report can be used to satisfy your insurers, as part of your fire risk assessment and as evidence of cleaning frequency during EHO visits.
Quantaqua was established in 1999 initially to provide commercial kitchen cleaning services to city and county councils. The Company was structured as a regional contractor selling to councils, universities and accommodation providers in the East & West Midlands and the North of England providing niche cleaning services to the public & private market.
Quantaqua is about reliability; providing a professional and consistent service and helping our clients and customers with planned preventative maintenance programs. We pride ourselves on quality partnership working and are able to meet our clients' needs within the constraints of time, budget and planning.
We conduct monthly in-house training workshops for all staff. Based on the traditional 'Toolbox Talk' format these training opportunities ensure that all company personnel are consistent in their approach and work standards.
