I used Bees Knees for an end of tenancy clean, including carpet cleaning, and am very pleased with the service they provided - from my original approach enquiring about services and costs, which was dealt with promptly and in a really helpful and friendly manner, to the cleaning which was done to a high standard and exactly as quoted. The whole process was easy, and the cost reasonable and the standard of cleaning, really good.

Paid 168 for the after building clean as they were advertised as specialists. Wasn't pleased with the quality of work, called Nicola to discuss who didn't let us speak and just shouted at us down the phone and then hung up! Thanks Nicola UPDATE: The responder is incorrect. Emails traffic was very clear about AFTER building clean and the brick dust was discussed between us.

The house was really dirty after the builders left, dust everywhere, paint everywhere, just really dirty. I even had cement in the sink. After a few hours the house was transformed by Bees Knees. End of tenancy clean not done to the standard specified on the website - floor not hoovered, oven extractor not cleaned and no final check done to ensure job had been done properly. Inadequate effort then made to rectify the problem. Our landlord ended up having to do some of the cleaning himself.

After builders clean It was a big ask as the property is a large full refurbishment clean. The girls were amazing, worked really hard and left everything to a near sparkle level. Looking forward to getting them back once final works are complete to do the final sparkle. Would highly recommend.xx

Nicola and her team came to my rescue at the last minute to conduct a full end of tenancy professional clean within a 3 hour window between completing on our new house and the movers arriving with our things. It was such a huge ask but she made it so simple - getting back to my query within minutes and enlisting extra teams to help turn the clean around in the little time we had.

The house was left immaculate and we could not have been more grateful, particularly in the times we're living in now where knowing you're moving into a clean, sterilised home is so much more of a priority than it ever used to be.
