I have used them twice now for end of tenancy cleanings. They are excellent. They are quick, efficient, kind and thorough. They even did my windows inside and out, cleaned all cupboards and drawers, as well as a carpet cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely S**t! My estate agent arranged for an end of tenancy clean and I paid 516 for the whole house to be deep cleaned. My neighbour (who gave the cleaners the keys) said they were only there for 2 hours and I thought that was strange for the extent of the work involved. When we went to check the house after they left we were shocked to see the house was still dirty especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

The photos (taken AFTER they left) can speak for themselves! When I complained they only offered 80 credit. 436 for two hours work! Save your money and avoid like the plague!

Absolutely Terrible would be a better name for this company. Hired them for an end of tenancy clean, they did about half the job but took all of their fee. I called them to let them know that the inventory clerk had subsequently warned us we'd be charged for a re-clean, and the man who answered the phone from AS(S) assured me the cleaners would return the next day - they apparently "didn't get there" but no one from the cleaning company bothered to let us know. Instead we found out a week later when the agency told us they were calculating deductions from our deposit. Complete and utter rip off. Would not recommend.
