Do not work for this company. I worked for this company for 7 months at the Fareham Innovation Centre and within these 7 months I had the worst employment you could have asked for. I had no training within the first 4 months of my employment and was asked to perform a job I had no training for. Literally chucked in the deep end. During the 7 months I was asked 4 times to alter the areas I was cleaning to accommodate other cleaners who weren't good enough at their jobs. Whilst I was the only male working on this site I felt that I was heavily discriminated against by some of the cleaners and by the management.
After raising a couple of my issues with the management it felt like I was being forced out, as they where pulling up fake issues and handing out warnings 1 day after another. They couldn't even follow their own disciplinary procedure. They then decided to sack me and relieve me from my contract, without issuing my months notice which I was entitled to.
Because of this I had to threaten them with a tribunal to ensure I was paid the money I was owed. To summarise: If you are Young, Male or rely on a stable income then do not work for this company. Management are awful. Staff are toxic (although not all of them). And if the face don't fit they will force you out. Be prepared for confrontation.

Discussed I would never use them again The car was parked next to building I ask the guys do I need to reparck they said no it will be safe.no ges what I found all car was dirty so the windows they was washing all trash from them was dripping down on the car brilliant job well done I would not call professional company not worth even 1 star

Had another cleaning company but nothing but problems taking up all my time sorting it out. Took on City Cleaning and within a week they had changed some of the cleaners and re-organised the cleaning. All staff commenting how good they are, leaves me free to do other things.
