Our founder Russell Read created Well Done Property Services in 1994, primarily in London to provide property services such as cleaning and maintenance to a wide array of businesses and cliental. Since then several teams now work and specialise in the services we provide covering all of the UK. Gavin Knights, our Operations Manager, oversees the day to day running of the business ensuring standards are kept high, and clients needs are met.

Originally formed as a small business based mainly in central London in 1994 by our founder, Russell Read, Well Done Property Services has always specialised in delivering high quality property services to meet a wide range of client needs. Since then it has grown offering a variety of property services and expanding to include Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to a number of clients, not just in central London but all over the UK.
Well Done Property Services provide a wide range of cleaning services, property services, removals and relocation services and planned maintenance. We work with businesses, tenants and landlords providing a range of services such as end of tenancy cleans of whole properties including carpets, upholstery, furniture and windows.
At Well Done Property Services we're proud to put a lot of work into professional development, and this is reflected in our membership of trade bodies which themselves promote the highest standards of work. The National Carpet Cleaners Association is the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the cleaning of carpets and soft furnishings.
