I had Paul Cowie (COWIE CARPET CLEANERS CCC Inverurie Scotland) round to do a hallway, bedroom and living room carpet today. Having being disappointed with the results of another local cleaning company whom spent less than 1 hour doing 2 of the 3 carpets paul did. I can say nothing more than Wow! the carpets are like new! this is due to a man that. has a passion for his work! Paul spent almost 7 hours cleaning carpets to the highest of standards! being light coloured carpets I was dubious of the fact that they would "come back"! excellent work from a man that is dedicated and passionate about his work! 100% recommended! thank you Paul!

What a fantastic trade association the NCCA are! in May 2017 I attended the 2 day carpet and upholstery training course, not only is the course full of information it is taught by the fabulous Paul Pearce and Pawlo, both are natural teachers of the trade with invaluable experience, I highly reccomend any trading carpet and upholstery cleaner to attend this course.

In June 2017 I joined the NCCA as a member, what have I gained from membership? I have gained more knowledge than I ever anticipated this is all from the vast array of knowledge and technical support from other members, even a fellow local member invited me out to shadow him and further develop my knowledge and skill levels, Included in my membership is legal and HR support if needed, I also receive regular job leads through TLC the NCCA directory.

All businesses need a strong foundation and validation. Omega Clean has achieved both of these things through the NCCA. It offers so much by way of training and professionalism, being a member is really a no brainer. Being a member of the NCCA has numerous benefits. Credibility is one of them. With so many rogue operators in every trade, it is nice to know that I am among the professionals in this trade holding ourselves to a higher and more ethical set of standards. Knowing that through the NCCA we are working to Government endorsed standards is also comforting for our clients. I am proud to be a member and display the logo on my van and website. Sometimes just being an NCCA member has been enough to convince a client to use my service.
