I was recommended J-Clean Services by a friend of mine who is very house proud. I needed a carpet and settee cleaned. The settee had been used as a bed and had boubly incontinent stains on and the carpet wasn't much better. I met up with Richard on the Friday who was very understanding and pleasant and quoted me for the work. Richard and his brother arrived the following Monday and began the task in hand.
I left them to it as I would have been in the way. After going back a couple of days later to see how things were looking, I was amazed. The settee and the carpet looked brand new, I can't praise them enough for what they have done. Just brilliant, fantastic. Thank you so very much. Well done J-Clean Services. I have never used any other carpet cleaning company as I have been very satisfied with J-Clean over many years. Jill is polite and efficient on the phone and never pushy. Richard always arrives on time and is friendly and skilled. He is always happy to move furniture that is too heavy or awkward for me to do. I would always recommend J-Clean to others.

We had a new carpet laid in our lounge in the morning and Richard from J-Clean came in the afternoon to treat the carpet with Scotchguard protector. His visit was timely and efficient and we were given fulll advice on what to do for the following 24 hrs while the carpet dried. We cannot fault their service and attention to detail, and would not hesitate to give our full recommendation.

Excellent job done on all the carpets in the house. Most were heavily stained but Jerry did a superb job! The house looks completely different now. Another great experience of this company. We had an emergency (spilt tea on the lounge carpet!). They came the next day and were able to completely remove the stain and made a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet, he even helped me to move all the furniture. Thank you. I am beyond thrilled with the service I had from J-Clean. I had just moved into a new property and the carpet was grim. J-Clean responded to my online enquiry very quickly and got me booked in the same week. They were on time, very professional and really helpful. I've attached a picture of the carpet part-way through cleaning (top is clean, bottom is yet to be cleaned) - it practically came up a different colour, so satisfying! Excellent service as usual. I booked J-Clean to come in after our kitchen was replaced, to clean the carpets and upholstery in the Lounge, Dining area and halls and Scotch guard. Turned up on time and did a thorough job going over the area's multiple time to remove any trace of cement / plaster dust etc. as well as general accumulated dirt. Friendly and professional service

Clear expectations around pricing and time and effort to complete the cleaning process. On the day, onsite the team were really friendly and professional. Where to start. well I have a much loved loaf wool sofa and a yellow velvet chair that needed a deep clean. Right from the first contact with this company they were professional and knew about the fabrics and what was achievable. The day of the clean Jerry phoned prior to confirm and discuss details. He was also delightful and indulged my excess chatting! Great price and fabulous outcome. I'm extremely happy and will definitely use this company again.
