Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Cleaner comes can't even clean debris off the floor and don't have a hoover never known a company like it. 30 a week. Can't even mop either. There staff don't look like they care it's a rip off.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They stole from me and the boss doesn't care! They took 3 bottles of unopened booze, my imported dogs harness lights, they away my saucepans without even telling me, ate my food & drink without asking & still accepted a 20 each! Don't use this company if you value your property! I will never use again!

I live in a block of flats and cobwebs r ment to clean r blocks as we aren't allowed to clean them Ourselves. They haven't cleaned them for 3 months now but we see them parked up in there vans in are road. It is disgusting as they are being paid for a job they are not doing. And we are having to pay for something that not being done. Should be ashamed of urselfs cobwebs employing people who don't want to do a job

Cobwebs haven't swept or mopped our communal hallway for 3 months, and because we're not aloud to do it our self's, it dirty and it smells it's disgusting, everyone is paying for this service and it's just not being done I've complained so many times but it's not the first time this has happened

Truly awful ' service ' communal areas not cleaned for over a month. 3 phone calls later and still no joy and they didn't sound bothered. Taking it up with the housing association in the hope of more luck. Avoid!
