Clean Living Different clients have their own individual requirements with regard to a cleaning schedule. We are very flexible and adapt to meet the clients requirements. Whether it be acting as a key holder and cleaning the offices outside working hours either early morning or evening .If equipment is kept 'on site' then the client is provided with all necessary Health and Safety documentation including risk assessments and COSSH sheets.

I have been using Clean living for many years. The cleaning of the house has always been of a very high standard. The one time that there was a problem, they came back and redid the areas which were not perfectly cleaned. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Deep clean

Didn't clean our flat well, charged us extra money for the clean, blamed the bad job on the 'state of the flat' (the pictures that warranted this were of the inside of the bin and other insignificant areas). Wouldn't mind so much however when I called to discuss, the reason was because it was 'getting late'. Further to this didn't actually apologise once and kept shifting the blame to colleagues/myself.

I have to say, I'm the type of person that particularly likes to comment on good customer service and provide positive feedback. This is quite awkward. The pros of this company: Picked up our keys from work Managed to get there on the day stated (late) Went back to rectify the problems after a lengthy discussion (apparently!?) Invoiced us quickly and got the payment amount right.

The negatives: Aside to leaving polish marks everywhere, charging us out of the roof, and not actually cleaning the flat properly. The price, blame culture and bad customer service. I genuinely could've done a better job myself (aside to the oven maybe!?) - and I am far from a 'professional' cleaner. Advice - As we spoke about on the phone. Please use the extra money we paid you wisely.

Invest it in your people to increase productivity, cleaning ability and hire a customer service team that shows empathy. Advice to myself - Use another company. I have never had such hassle in moving flats. I hope this email makes a difference.

I wish I actually read the review that was left few weeks earlier, before using this company. We had exactly the same experience: - Overpriced average cleaning quality, with no cleaning of windows nor walls (NOT included in an end of tenancy cleaning apparently?!) - The company obviously had been greedy and double booked them self (although we booked 1 month early) so they asked with insistance if they could access it the day before, which was really not convenient for us, because "they were having a busy weekend" - The charger of our hoover disappeared mysteriously and no one would take the blame from it, we have now to pay for a new one (37) - They left deep scratches on the wooden floor from not lifting furniture properly when moving - again, not their fault and "no one can tell if the marks were not here before", well yes, I can tell those ones were definitely not there before!

When asked to reduce the bill due to all the reasons above, no responsibility was taken, no apologies were done and I was blamed for not paying attention to the various informations apparently previously stated. I would not recommend this cleaning agency to anyone, and I hope they will actually do something to sort their services out.
