Spoke to Tim about booking him in to clean our front room carpet after we used a rug doctor, which left an awful smell. Tim took the time to explain why this had happened and despite losing custom advised that the problem would be difficult to fix. His honesty and professionalism saved us wasting time and money, plus he still answered all my questions despite knowing he would not be making a sale. Thanks Tim!

Our business took the opportunity to clean our office carpets whilst we have staff on Furlough. The owner was polite, responsive and clearly cared about the quality of the service he was providing. The work was carried out efficiently with a minimum of fuss and once he had left you could visibly see the difference in the carpets.
