Dave, arrived on time, very polite and friendly. He cleaned everything that I had asked for and did such a good job. I will definitely be using his firm again and will recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you.

My Father used The Carpet Doctor last week. He was given a verbal face to face quote, but the final price after the job was completed was nearly three times the sum. Also the job done was very poor and many areas were just as soiled as previously. This makes the company's slogan of " The Ultimate Clean" rather laughable. Would not recommend all.

Called giving just over a weeks notice of needing a landing, stair and living carpet cleaned. Quoted on phone. Arrived on time, speedy job done, helpful moving large furniture and offering advice about drying times etc. Price quoted was the same and even cleaned a extra rug for a few more pounds. Wish I had read the reviews before booking carpet doctor from Billingham. I can only echo the previous comment of avoid, avoid, avoid. Had a telephone quote without seeing the job and surprise surprise he upped the price 25% when he got here. The web site and the telephone booking promised the carpets and upholstery would be dry when he left, 'or very nearly dry'.

They were wet for 36 hours. We were offered endless BS about the special material of our settee and how he knew how to clean it. When the material of the settee had dried there were streaks of dirt across the cushions and not clean at all. We now have to clean the settee all over again. The web site shows a team of 4 implying a quick efficient job. Only one turned up. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Very expensive and poor service, I will not use these again as they say they are a carpet Doctor they was a soil stain near front door and the person who came out said he couldn't do anything with it. also it took him about 15 mins max and charged me 45, I don't recommend this company I could of done a better job

NVER USE THIS COMPANY. they ripped of my 96 year old grandma. told me they would clean her bedroom, was open with them what was on the carpet as she'd had an accident. they turn up and clean around the bed and around other bits in the room. hardly what I was quoted or what was paid for. Absolute rip off. when I asked for them to come back and do what I was quoted. he argues and gets personal. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After a quick search on Google I came across this company. He called me straight back and was able to help with a quick turnaround of a lounge carpet, Did a fantastic job turned up when he said he would and certainly knows his stuff, nice personable chap who I would definitely use again. Carpet looks amazing top job. I would highly recommend this company for a professional clean and service.
