'Easy clean' service our holiday let in Sea Palling and the whole team are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they definitely go above and beyond what could be reasonably expected, including dealing with emergencies and returning left behind clothing to guests. Our guests always comment on how clean the property is and this is reflected in their reviews. Many, many, thanks to Daniel, Lorraine and all the girls for this superb service.

I recently rented a house that this company looks after I was very impressed how well it was cared for especially at the moment when cleanliness is a big factor. On leaving we accidentally left some jewellery behind after contacting the company they went in and found the item then posted it back to us free of charge! Very impressed with the customer service honesty and standard of clean they offer.

I am using Easy Clean to manage the changeovers at my holiday let. I have just recently started with this venture and the whole process has been made a lot smoother due to the help and advice from Daniel and Katy who run the company. Nothing is too much trouble for Daniel, Katy and team. When we first purchased the cottage in January 2019 Daniel and Katy were able to put our mind at rest especially as we are over 2 hours away. They arranged for the carpets to be cleaned, arranged for a new step and gate at the rear of the cottage and sorted out the fence which had sunk in the middle. Daniel and Katy are very meticulous about their service and go out of their way for our guests. Lorraine is the new general manager for Peninsula Cottages site and she has the same values as well. Thank you to all the staff at Easy Clean.

We took over the Holiday cottage in May 2017 and Easyclean worked for the management company who were going to be working with us as Local Support. They made a decision after 3 weeks to drop the management contract. This left us in a bit of a predicament, we found out that EasyClean were still going to be doing cleaning at some of the other cottages.
We approached them and asked for them to work for us direct as well as acting as a Local Contact in cases of emergency for our guests. Easy Cleans strengths is their ability to keep problems to an absolute minimum and act quickly to resolve any problems that do come up. In our experience, EasyClean is always determined to meet or exceed our high expectations.
At this point, we are enjoying an almost worry-free relationship, one that is producing for us the high standard of cleaning services and changeover duties we wish to give to our guests. Their service has been impeccable and would recommend them to other companies.
