Setting up to use the service was really easy and you're kept fully informed ref your direct debits when your window cleaners will be coming etc. Had a deep clean to start with and I am really pleased with the results. The windows were cleaned thoroughly, sills and windowsills too and my doors are sparkling. The cleaners themselves turned up when they said they would and knocked just to let us know they'd finished and to let them know if there were any problems. It's only the first clean but so far so good and would recommend based on that.

Just had my first window clean today by Ste. Absolutely brilliant. Lovely and clean and Ste was very thorough. Love the payment via direct debit, so easy. Going to ask them to clean my gutters now. I’ve used Pure Clean for a few years now for my window cleaning and also for my gutters and fascia boards cleaned. John and his team are amazing and always do an amazing job, they are reliable and trustworthy and always let me know when they will be coming and when the payment will be taken by direct debit. I have just also just had them put Christmas lights up outside the house, something I have always wanted but never wanted to attempt, what amazing service put up so quick and they will come back in the new year to take them down. First class service from setting up payment to the text reminder the day before cleaning very professional
then the guy who came to do the first clean to get them up to scratch ready for the regular clean he was polite and hard working
at the beginning of lock down we got a milk man and we felt happy in our house but finding pure-clean has now made our home complete

Thanks to Novi and Stu from Pure Clean who I have always been extremely pleased with the work they do keeping all my Windows, doors and frames all sparkling, I cheekily asked if they had time could they clean down a couple of garden chairs. Nothing was to much bother for these great guys, not only did they do them they also did my table and chairs which where covered in moss due to being under tree.
I suffer from poor health and don't have energy to do them. They are a dream to use and would recommend anyone to use them. Polite, friendly always notified day before they arrive and easy payment through direct debit.
