Had a deep clean from First Maid and am absolutely blown away by their work. The couple that came were very polite and got on with everything without disturbing me at all as I worked in my home office. The house looked the cleanest it ever has since before we bought it! As days passed we did notice a few things that had been missed but nothing major and considering the state the place was in when they got here compared to when they left there is no doubt they worked!
The booking process was simple and the response to queries really quick. My only very minor comment is that there should be a note against the mattress deep clean as we couldn't sleep on it that night, which we didn't know! All in all though I thoroughly recommend FirstMaid and am looking forward to starting my regular clean Update 01/06/2022 - I've just had my second regular clean and the first with Vanda and her team. I am so impressed with these ladies, they did an amazing job. I have already recommended FirstMaid to our neighbour and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Had an amazing deep clean done. Boyan and Ivanka were courteous and did a fantastic job. They kept in touch during the day with text messages and also loved my cat, so that's a definite 5 out 5! Cleaners were on time, very friendly and polite and did what they needed to do. They ran out of time (my fault for only booking 6 hrs) but what they did in the time was great. Only downfall was that the cobwebs weren't cleaned off all the ceilings but other than that, they cleaned everything to a high standard and would use again. Service: Standard cleaning

I requested a quote for a deep clean and they tailored this to what I actually needed so saved a few pennies which I thought was fantastic as not every firm would do this. Subsequently I have a fortnightly clean and they are prompt and thorough and are worth every penny as I can now get on with other things knowing my home is always clean. Thanks Pawel you're a star.

Booked on Thursday for Friday for a last minute clean ahead of a party and could not have been happier. Gita and Vlad turned up slightly early on request as I had to nip out to pick up the children and did the most amazing job on the house.
