We wanted our carpets and suite cleaned professionally. That is exactly what we got and more. They arrived early did an overview and got on with the job in a very professional manner, explaining everything as they went along with confidence and humour, including products and equipment in use. They gave us helpful tips to keep carpets clean longer.
It was possible we might need a new bedroom carpet after 18 years, but when they had finished it looked brand new - we are delighted. What a superb service. We recommend them most highly. Thankyou lads.

Ben and Mark are great at what they do. Fantastic service from start to finish, polite ,professional and great value, especially with the high level of finish provided. Every part of customer journey was exceptional from initial enquiry and provision of quotes through to the management of expectations in terms of results and the turnaround time for appointment.
On the day all 3 jobs were completed to a high standard including stairs and landing carpet clean, rug clean and then the biggest job to revive and refresh the putting green which had been somewhat neglected and had weeds and moss growth. Pet friendly which is always a bonus/plus for a dog mum. Would highly recommend the guys and will be using again in the future to stay on top of my requirements.

Ben and team were amazing from start to finish. Ben firstly visited my disabled mums flat to assess, gave great care and thought to her needs and also how to get the best possible results. On cleaning day they were really very efficient, did exactly what they said they would and the results were absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

3 rugs and one large carpet-size rug were collected promptly and taken away for a thorough clean. They were returned a week later and the difference was incredible! The rugs were carefully relaid and furniture replaced in position. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire Carpet Revival for cleaning any rugs - and I shall certainly be using them again in the future.

We had the best service from Ben at Cheshire Carpet Revival, providing the most brilliant results on some very worn sofas and chairs. Really easy to book- got in touch via Facebook messenger- and he was able to fit us in quickly. He went above and beyond to bring the furniture back to life. Excellent service and the cleaning was exceptional. Ben did an amazing job making our 7 year old sofas cleaner and refreshed. He was clear and honest about what could be done and explained everything. He then exceeded our expectations and brought the furniture back to life. He also went above and beyond trying to clear some really tricky stains and we are really grateful for his extra time trying everything to do so. Excellent service at a great price. We live in the Tarporley area & had our carpets cleaned by Ben & Mark from Cheshire Carpet Revival today. The results are AMAZING! They were professional, personable, reliable & all at a very competitive price! Carpets look fabulous! Kept us notified of time of arrival. Use professional equipment. Very knowledgeable about the top quality chemicals/equipment they use & advise accordingly as to what would work best Re: wool/synthetic carpets upholstery, stains etc. (These boys know their stuff)!

Booked for a stairs and landing clean and was very impressed with the result! On the day I received a message to tell me they would arrive within the hour which was great. Ben and Mark were absolutely lovely and they did a fantastic job. My carpet is cream and with three young children, a puppy and a cat, it wasn't looking or smelling very good at all. I would definitely re-use CCR and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can totally recommend Ben and Mark who cleaned our carpets today. I honestly thought our bedroom carpet had 'had it' but it has been transformed - I was truly amazed. It was great that they explained the process and asked relevant questions to ensure they used the correct products and processes - very knowledgeable and friendly. Cheshire carpet revival came this week to clean my carpets and upholstery. They were extremely professional from the moment we booked. When they arrived they checked over carpets and upholstery thoroughly and immediately noticed where I had made an attempt at DIY cleaning and caused the material to go brown. They some how managed to remove this and make my upholstery and carpets look brand new and smell fantastic. Great service all round!

Absolutely fantastic service. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge from Ben and Marc. From the moment I contacted them they were very responsive and determined to help me. We had an oil stain on wool carpet that was installed only few weeks ago. I was convinced it will never be fixed. How wrong was I. Not only they called round within 48h, they also managed (somehow!) save my carpet. I genuinely could not have been pleased with the result and service they provided. Just wow! The only company I will trust and use going forward.

Had Cheshire Carpet Revival in today to give the living room carpet a good clean. The carpet is like new. An absolutely great result after being cleaned. This company performed the impossible turning our battered, plaster covered Astro turf, hammered after a months building work, back into a pristine green lawn, a pleasure to sit in. A big thank you to Cheshire Carpet Revival. From the start they made booking very easy, working around my requirements. They gave me an arrival time and even a courtesy message 30 minutes before their arrival. They gave my wife a selection of scents to choose from that smelt of perfumes and aftershaves and we can still smell these 3 days later! My carpets look amazing and feel like new to walk on. Great professional service from start to finish, we will be having them back every 6 months!

Marc was brilliant from when he turned up, explained what he was going to do and got on with the task. He cleaned my office first so that I didn’t have to be disrupted working from home. The carpets have all come up a treat, look very clean, smell fresh and are softer to tread on. They responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and I was booked in the following week.
