We hired an end of tenancy clean for a small one bed property at the price of 185. Whilst the team on the phone were very nice and professional the cleaning team did a pretty rubbish job. Lots of clearly accessible places, like the kitchen counters, walkway and utility cupboard were left uncleaned and there was still food in the sink drain. Having received many move-out cleans, this was by far the worst and definitely not the cheapest.

The business policy is to provide a re-clean if you are unsatisfied but of course with move-out cleans, this is not always possible. In this case, I asked - rather fairly - if i could have some discount off the price (as much as would cost for a re-cleaning service) as a gesture of goodwill for having to clean the property for an extra two hours after the cleaning team had left.

Of course this was not possible and I was sent images of the well cleaned property by the team. Funnily enough, none of the badly cleaned area's were imaged by the team. If you are having an end of tenancy clean I would NOT recommend using this service.

The Wimbledon Cleaning team, is very responsive and ensured that I felt heard and my concerns received. I had an urgent deep clean need, and they addressed this in a very timely and professional manner. I've spoken with two team members on the phone, and found their approach very professional and kind. Iskra, who provided services for me - was on time, thorough and very hard-working, detail oriented. She communicated and checked-in with my expectations.

My tenants used this company for an end of tenancy clean. The work done was sub-standard; carpets not cleaned properly and left full of pet hair. fridge not cleaned dishwasher not cleaned grease and marks left on worktops and splash-backs nail clippings found in the bathroom When approached about the standard of their work this company refuses to take responsibility and instead gets aggressive. I would not recommend this company if you are a tenant and need your full deposit back.

Complete cowboys. Paid for an end of tenancy clean. Landlord said it wasn't satisfactory as areas were still very dusty and they damaged the carpet. They'll come back saying that I was shown it all but I was whizzed round by the cleaner at 100mph and it all looked fine until I checked closer. Now we're out the 325 we paid them and owe the landlord hundreds from our deposit for them to reclean the flat and replace the carpet.

Poor standard. Easily cleanable marks left on the floors, carpets not adequately cleaned and told it was because they were poor quality, despite only being 3 years old. Dismissive of concerns and put the blame on us for them not completing the work to a satisfactory standard. Edited to add: my partner was rushed round the flat and was only able to see the lack of attention after the cleaners rushed away, taking with them our roll of bin bags.

They have claimed they offered a reclean which we refused, which was absolutely not the case. They said because the cleaners had left, there was nothing that could be done. We are out a further 150 on top of the price of the clean as a result of their poor work.

Like many people in the reviews I read, I called Cleaningsure after the EOT clean I had booked was cancelled last minute. I called them around 8am on a Saturday (all panicked) to see if I can manage to get the 1 bed flat cleaned before my checkout at 3pm, Maggie was really nice and reassuring on the phone, she managed to get me a slot for 10am and was really helpful throughout the whole thing.

The cleaners did a good job, the only thing they forgot to clean was the dusty extractor fan on the bathroom ceiling, but tbh I didn't notice that either until it was pointed out during check out. Had I noticed and said something, I am sure they would have taken care of it. Everything else was spotless and I got my full deposit back. I'd definitely recommend Cleaningsure.

Overall, the cleaning (end of tenancy) was satisfactory -- a few surfaces were not wiped upon our quick check, but the cleaners stayed on site for touch ups. When we had a chance to inspect further later on, we noticed a few extra pieces were missed, like the skirting throughout the flat. It was a quick fix on our end, so not a big deal. Beyond the cleaning itself, we experienced several issues that ultimately led to 2 star rating.

Most notably, a substantial share of our cleaning products from our cabinet were most certainly taken by the cleaners, which I think is a major breach of professional trust. Those cleaning products were going to be used by me personally to further clean the flat upon the clearners' exit (e.g., wall magic erasers, glass cleaner for balcony etc.). We also thought the cleaners were unprofessional in demeanor. In hindsight, we found the service overpriced.

Had an end of tenancy clean. Cleaners arrived an hour early whilst we were still in the process of moving out, so they said they would come back in 30 mins but didn't come back for almost 3 hours. They then spent less than 3 hours cleaning a 4 bedroom house. We checked the property the next day and it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly with many surfaces clearly not even wiped or dusted and corners cut.

There wasn't time to arrange a reclean before our landlord came to inspect the property so we ended up cleaning some more ourselves. When it came to paying the remainder of the fee, I complained about the quality of the clean and sent photos as proof. Cleaningsure were immediately dismissive and made excuses, even claiming my pictures were taken before the clean! After many emails back and forth they eventually agreed a 20% discount. Cleaning and customer service both poor.

They done perfect job. I had end of tenancy cleaning service, i was supposed to see how quickly they done the job and they leave my property in amazing condition. Definitely I will recommend

I hired a cleaning company and in the last moment they left me down. It was so stressful moment, but fortunately i found Cleaningsure. They reacted in very short notice. I booked Cleaningsure only for carpet cleaning and cleaning for my 2 seats sofa, i was very surprised with the results. Few weeks later I decided to make a booking for deep cleaning. They saved my time and gave very good cleaning. Highly recommend Service: Deep clean

Avoid like the plague! Had the most horrible experience with this company. First they were 2-3 hours late. Then the level of cleaning was very minimal - this was a very superficial clean, not a deep one. In particular, they didn't mop the floors, didn't clean the fridge and also they didn't clean the mould in the bathroom, even though they claimed they did.

When I called to complain they came up with ridiculous excuses like "you weren't there when the job was done, who knows who entered the flat and dirtied it in the meantime", or claiming that they can't remove the mould or that the flat was in a bad state. From all I can tell, all they did was hoover. Unfortunately I had paid 100% in advance, and they didn't agree to re-imburse. In the end I lost part of my deposit because of this shitty company.

I tried so many different companies, but the cleaning service has not been as professional as should be. My friend recommended Cleaningsure and i called them... i was so surprised. At the very first stage i booked just one of cleaning. The cleaning lady did an incredible job. I spoke with Tina and booked another visit on the next week. Now 3 months latter i am so happy with them. Cleaningsure made my home sparkle.
