Booked in for leather sofa clean, leather bed base clean, carpet cleaning, rug cleaning and mattress cleaning. The company were highly professional and offered a very competitive price. Ivo was absolutely brilliant, very professional and friendly service and a did a great job. The carpets are very clean and he showed me where all the worst spots were and how he had got them out. I had a couch cleaning as well as two ottomans and an armchair, the overall cleaning was well done, as for the professionalism, I was a bit uncomfortable as the worker was inappropriate and I felt he was too comfortable in my home as he left a lot of water on the floors and was walking around my flat as if it was his. He didn't ask to go in my bedroom and plug in the machine when he could have just plugged it in the living room. His commentary was quite inappropriate and unprofessional.

Bobi who came to clean mattresses, rugs and carpet on the stairs was absolutely brilliant, professional and the result was fantastic. I hadn't used my car in many months because of lockdown and had discovered mould on the interiors. I tried my best to get rid of it but it kept coming back. I found this company during a Google search and got in touch. They were quick to respond and very professional. Lubo came to my house on time and spent over an hour deep cleaning my car. It looks and smells brand new inside now and there's no staining from the mould. So happy with the service and Lubo was a lovely representative of the company! We will definitely be using the services again for home interiors!

Yesterday had my carpet cleaned by PROLUX. Turned up a great company with much experience – first of all, they were completely on time to start the cleaning. The guy who showed up was so polite and smiling that I enjoyed watching him do his job – it looked so satisfying getting rid of hard stains with a good amount of hot steam, it is like the stain was melting down.
The guy looked he really knows what he is doing, you know, that kind of professional attitude which makes you feel you are in safe hands. All in all, very fast and efficient work, definitely will use them again.
