I've used Carpet Pro today to clean my carpets at stairs and the hall. I couldn't be more happy with the result - it looks like brand new. Michael arrived punctual and got straight into the job. Deep clean of our sons bedroom carpet brought it up great, he was even able to get out the stains that we thought would have been permanent. The Carpet Pro company arrived on time and were polite, professional and friendly. I had stairs carpet cleaned, a rug and a fabric sofa cleaned as well. We had just moved into our new home and the carpets were in great shape but needed a deep clean and with the pandemic and my has to be clean obsession I gave these guys a call. Simon was so lovely. He advised what service they offered, cost and time scale for the job. The guys were flat out given the pandemic but Simon kinding squeezed us into his busy schedule and 3 days after making the call my carpets were cleaned.
They looked like brand new carpets, all stains even the red marker stain was gone. Top class. Recommending Carpet Pro for their professionalism, friendly customer service and top class delivery of clean carpets. My sofa is next on the list and I have these guys at the ready. The carpets in my sons office block over the years of use were badly stained and generally dirty. On the strength of the Carpet Pro reviews a meeting was arranged with Simon the company director, he appeared on time and give a fair price and a schedule for the cleaning. The job was completed as per schedule and the Stair and floor carpets were 100% in fact brought up to new condition, We asked Simon to clean our chesterfield suite it was also cleaned up to the same standard as the office carpets I would have no hesitation of recommending Carpet Pro both for their standard of work and for their efficiency

I'm not one for leaving reviews on Facebook, but credit given were credits due! I had already predicted that I would still have to discard of the carpet even with Simon cleaning it.. that was before he had even began the cleaning as the stains on it were so bad.... this was until I seen the results! And that's what Simon gives you RESULTS!! The carpet now looks like new and smells AMAZING!!

Simon and his colleague David (I'm sure that was his name) called out today to clean our sofa before we move house. I done a Google search for sofa cleaners and Simon's was the first to show up. Sent an email off and Simon called me back not long afterwards. That in itself is great service as many companies don't get back as quick as that. Got the quote and i got back to Simon to confirm dates.

Simon cleaned 2 flights of stairs, 4 bedrooms, and a leather suite today and the results are absolutely amazing ... I didn't think the makeup / tan / spilled drink stains would actually come out as previous professional cleans had failed to shift them but they're all completely gone and I have what looks like brand new WHITE carpet again!! The carpet is dry already and it smells divine :)

Had Simon in yesterday to clean a sofa with coffee cup ring stains and our hall carpet with the usual grubby feet marks. Both came up as new. He is a real gent (for someone so young) and very professional. Went on previous recommendations from this site and very glad I did. Would highly recommend him.
