We use Easy clean Norfolk to look after our holiday rental Bullrushes in Horning, via cottages.com. We have used them for 3 years now and barring a couple of issues, nothing too extreme, have found them a very effect company to deal with. The owner Dan, also looks after any problems that may arise from guest staying at our place ie fixing a faulty tv to putting a fuse in the hot water system that had tripped.
During this year because of the covid virus we signed up to a extra clean so our guest could feel reassured of their safety. We have had 16 reviews this year and the cleanliness ratings are 9.6 for the last 12 months BRILLIANT. I would recommend Easyclean to anyone who are looking for a effective solution to any cleaning problems that they need solving. We look forward to working with them for our 2021 season

We've been working with Easy Clean, who clean our holiday let, for just over one year. Our guest reviews regarding the cleaning have been excellent which is so very important. We have also been at the property ourselves after it has been cleaned and it's always of a high standard. I recently rented a house that this company looks after I was very impressed how well it was cared for especially at the moment when cleanliness is a big factor. On leaving we accidentally left some jewellery behind after contacting the company they went in and found the item then posted it back to us free of charge!! Very impressed with the customer service honesty and standard of clean they offer.

Easy Clean has serviced and cleaned my 2 holiday-let cottages on the Peninsula Marina for nearly two years now. Dan and Katy understand the unique needs of holiday let owners and guests and always respond professionally and efficiently, dealing with property problems quickly to ensure the smooth running of guest experience. They also provide a quality building maintenance service, and have just completed a total refurbishment of one of my bathrooms during a gap in bookings. Lorraine now oversees the office management and cleaning team supervision to maintain their leading position, while Dan still maintains direct personal contact with me.

It is early days, but so far, the cleaners of Easy clean have done a grand job! There supervisor has kept us fully informed of how things are progressing, and we have arranged a review meeting to take place 3 months after the start of the service. The staff are all reporting a remarkable difference in the cleanliness of our building, and that the cleaners are very pleasant and hard working.
