Would leave 0 stars if I could! I would not use them again if they were offering a free clean. We booked them for an end of tenancy clean. They managed to leave scratches on our timber flooring from the carpet cleaning machine, they destroyed the carpet in a bedroom by leaving the machine on it too long and raised it off the floor and destroyed the timber flooring in the kitchen with water/cleaning fluid marks and burned 4 big marks on the floor in the same area! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Paulo arrived early, and was very polite and professional. After cleaning, and carpet drying, I was not completely happy with the results. Although my carpet was old, and pretty dirty, I was expecting it to look better. After a call to the company, and sending an email and some photos, a return visit was sheduled. Paulo returned with additional equipment and re-cleaned lounge landings and stairs. When he left I was really happy with the job. Not all jobs run smoothly, but if they return to rectify the problem, then that is a great service. Many thanks Paul Gordon

Booked an end of tenancy clean, the flat was furnished so the cleaners wouldn't move any items of furniture to clean. We accepted that and moved it for them, yet still there were was hairs left in the bath, scum around the taps and dust and crumbs left in kitchen units, not what I would expect for the price they charge. The company won't accept any complaints and simply reply that our 'guarantee of the service has been waived' to which we never agreed those terms. I would not recommend this company to anyone else

I hired this company for the first time. The booking process through Nick was straightforward enough and the carpet and sofa cleaner came a little bit late, but for a good reason. Paulo, the cleaner, did a great job on steam cleaning my sofa and rug and was a very pleasant chap to deal with. The price was also very good. I would use them again.

** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ** I paid for a full cleaning service of my two-bedroom flat before new tenants moved in. The property was empty so surely nothing could go wrong - a big mistake that cost me. Trust me when I say this - avoid this company at all costs. They ruined my carpets and worktops, costing me a fortune to repair. Here's how the disaster played out.

I paid the full fee up front (a lesson learnt!) and dealt with a guy called 'Nick'/'Norton' on the phone. The cleaner was several hours late (fine) and when they arrived they had a vacum cleaner so old and decrepit it could have been a prop in Queen's 'I Want To Break Free' video. I had paid the full cleaning service with equipment included so was surprised at the standard of equipment for a so-called professional service.

I returned several hours later and to my shock there were mystery dark marks all over the carpet up the stairs, more dirt on the carpets throughout the property, and the cherry on the top - the cleaner had used an abrasive oven cleaner on my varnished oak kitchen worktops completely burning the wood and destroying the surfaces. See photos. I called 'Nick'/'Norton' to give him the opportunity to make good of the damage, or to meet some kind of compromise but was instead met with abuse and accusations of lying. 'Nick'/'Norton' claimed the damage was already there (untrue and I have photo evidence from the day before to prove it).

Take my experience as a big red flag and avoid Go For Cleaning and seek out another company. I've since used very good local cleaners who have been brilliant, haven't ruined a single thing, and were cheaper! I'm fully expecting someone from Go For Cleaning to comment on this review protesting their innocence in an attempt to divert the blame away from them. I don't care. I just don't want someone else to go through anything like I did.

Would suggest they are avoided at all costs! Terrible customer service, interested in taking your money and then want to charge you more money when they arrive late, demand immediate full payment and then do not complete the job to any level of standard. Endless photos, emails and messages sent to the owner who uses this as delaying tactics to avoid engaging with you, ultimately just to deny responsibility and then suggest you hire them for more time to complete the job.

This is not a professional company at all, rather just someone who hires unvetted third parties from his home. Also threatened to take me to court when I requested to move the date of cleaning by two days. I expect the owner to respond to this comment as he appears to do with all negative comments refusing to take ownership of the issue and blatantly lie that these issues did no take place.

Excellent. Very thorough and prompt. I’ve used go for cleaning twice now for End of tenancy deep cleans of my 2 bedroom flat and can highly recommend them.

We booked Go For Cleaning for an end of lease clean. The service quality was very poor. We notified the cleaner immediately that the job was not satisfactory and we received abusive and threatening responses. Head office refused to honour the guarantee because we notified the cleaner and not them directly that the service was unacceptable. Head office did not care about the poor level of service and the threatening messages we received from their employee.

My experience was exactly what i expected , they came on time , cleaned it well and gone...

I have a mixed review for Go For Cleaning as I booked them for a pre-tenancy clean and a post-tenancy clean. The pre-tenancy was terrible, with dirt left in cupboards (obviously not even opened), dirt on the kitchen tiles and something sticky in the fridge/freezer. The light fittings had not been dusted either (something clearly listed on the list of items they did clean).

When I first contacted them they said they would rectify however this never happened. Was disappointed. The second clean, already booked for another property and too late to cancel or get another cleaner in (I tried!), was a much better experience, and a different cleaner turned up. This particular cleaner did a very good job and the carpets were also cleaned well. My take-out, it depends on which cleaner turns up, to which level of service you receive.

I used Go for Cleaning for an End Of Tenancy clean and they are great. Tania cleaned the flat to an immaculate standard. The kitchen and bathroom are now absolutely gleaming and the rest of the flat is now spotless. Every nook and cranny has been cleaned, especially behind doors and furniture. Couldn’t have asked for a better clean and would definitely recommend and use again

Magnificent cleaners. Efficient and my landlady was amazed by the cleaning condition. Will use again without hesitation.

I used Go for Cleaning 31st July and paid for Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning Service inc Carpet Clean. The cleaners were completely unprepared to complete a thorough deep clean of the flat. The cleaners basically had one or two clothes to do everything and showed a complete lack of care and attention to detail. No steps, no sponges, just a few wipes and basic spray. Cleaner used a knife to clean limescale inside the toilet and left it scratched! Had no steps and stoop on toilet seat and my furniture.

The basics never completed: Oven, windows frames, tops of cupboards, corners, inside draws, behind doors, inside fridge, ceiling lights and cobwebs, tiles in kitchen/bathroom not scrubbed clean. List goes on. When each issue highlighted (after cleaners had finished), they simply questioned and laughed. I intervened, cleaned myself in front of the cleaners. Phoned Nick and complained, offered to revisit but refused, after being physically grabbed by the male cleaner! AVOID AVOID

Thank you to Nick and Viktor - my enquiry was acknowledged straight away with professionalism and politeness, I was taken through the process in detail and the overall outcome was great – we are very happy with the cleaning service provided and the cleaners themselves were lovely! We would certainly return to Go For Cleaning in the future/recommend the service.

The company were very helpful - they returned emails promptly and booking was extremely easy. (I had to cancel the first appointment due to building works going on for longer than expected but they were very good about it and re-booked the appointment). The guy arrived promptly at 8am and worked efficiently to clean the stairs and landing. There was no after smell and the carpet was dry very quickly and returned to its original pile and colour. The cost was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use them again.

Sorry in advance i twill be long. I used this company for and end of tenancy cleaning. Quiet a few tings missed. Also my brand new and quiet costly bathroom cabinet was scratched about 10 times with long scratches. The cleaners and the manager both denied any responsibility and laughed me on the phone. Also told me if i can proof they did it they would compensate otherwise they don't care.

The cleaning cost me more that 100 and the cabinet with builder work to put it up about 400. Not a good value to spend about 500 on a job i had to finish myself as the new tenant was moving in. They did offer to came back for the cleaning however i refused as i do not want more damage done to my property. Also find it interesting, on their website no full name of anyone available.

They also have a 100 guarantee stamp on their website. do not seem to have any relevance to this business. I have plenty more pictures of dirty parts left in the flat and from the mirror scratching too. Also my agent my builder and also my partner can back me up the scratches were not there before the cleaners came./ also even the cleaners said they didn't notice any damage on the cupboard mirror. however when i asked when it has happened than if it was not there before and was there when i went back to check on their job. they could't/ and did't want to answer

The cleaner was extremely energetic and worked like lightning. He identified that my carpet was a natural product and therefore he worked quickly and didn't use much chemical. This meant that my carpet didn't shrink like it did previously with another company. The same for the sofas and armchairs - he told me that he would use minimal water so that the hardwood would not get waterlogged. It was helpful that we could speak Russian with each other so we understood each other perfectly. I would recommend this company and will certainly sue them again

We were very impressed with the service provided. They steam cleaned our carpets and we were happy with the results. Very tidy, on time and took the time to do a thorough job. Would definitely use them again!

I booked the company for an end of tenancy and carpet cleaning. I was very happy with both the customer service and the standard of cleaning. The carpets were cleaned to a high standard and stains were removed. I would recommend and use Go for Cleaning again. Excellent service.

I contacted Go For Cleaning requesting an end of tenancy cleaning service on September 2016, got a very fast and clear response, with a list of all the steps of the cleaning. My request included deep carpet, curtains, external windows... It was not the cheapest quote I got but the list of what is done gave me confidence to book them. The cleaning took 3 hours and 2 people and was very well done.

They texted me when they were about to finish so I could have a look before paying. They did a very good job especially cleaning the oven and bathtub. I certainly did not start my tenancy with the flat looking as clean! More importantly, my landlord was also happy with the result. Would book again.

Great service. Turned up next day (slightly early) and finished cleaning 5 rugs and my sofa in about an hour. Recommended

I have used this company for my Move-out clean. They did wonderful service including steam carpet and sofas cleaning. Completed to a high standard with very professional approach. I think they love what they are doing and that is why all happened smoothly without any problems. Hard to find reliable people in these days, but they are definately useful. Many thanks
