- Regular weekly / fortnightly / monthly cleaning. The routines will be designed to suit your preferences and priorities. The cleaning will be adjusted to your personal requirements. - Intensive spring cleaning of particular rooms or whole home

I started the business myself in 2010 by going independent, determined to run my own business to high standards of service for clients and ethics for my team. We are now also trying to take care of the environment through our Eco service too. We are a company not an agency and hence we pay VAT, our staff are all offered employment contracts with good rates of pay, holiday pay and auto enrollment into a pension fund. This does mean we are not the cheapest however. We trust our clients will see the long term benefits in this approach for all.

Simona owns and runs Done and Dusted Domestic. She came to England 7 years ago via a short spell also working in Spain. Simona was motivated to improve her and her children's prospects and as such quickly moved from working as a cleaner for an agency to running her own business. She lives in Hatfield with her children, speaks and writes good English and some Spanish. Simona is committed to growing the business and providing a reliable and professional service for as many clients as possible in the local area.

I am so delighted I found Done and Dusted. Simona is incredibly responsive and attentive, and genuinely cares about feedback and providing an exceptional service. Angela is our cleaner, and she is nothing short of perfection -- she is friendly and overall a lovely person, and her work is absolutely pristine. I have very high standards as I can always see really small details, which can be annoying for companies in general because I can find faults easily. However, I can't find anything wrong with Angela's work, she goes above and beyond to make my house beautiful. I also love that the employees are taken care of with salaries and aren't taken advantage of financially. Really happy with this service, thank you Angela and Simona!

Done and dusted domestic are a very responsive and professional cleaning service. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule on short notice, and provided a thorough deep clean of our rental flat which included steam cleaning the wall-to-wall carpeting. We had spent 5 years raising small children, during a pandemic, in this flat and now it looks like new! Highly recommend. Thank you Simona and Gav!

We've been using Done and dusted for several months. Simona is always helpful and responsive in the office, and when our regular cleaner hasn't been available always works hard to find a viable alternative. All the cleaners we have had have done a good job, and none have needed anything more than a few clarifications - they just get on with what needs doing and don't need lots of direction. Some of the cleaners have been nothing short of exceptional, and have really gone the extra mile. All are prompt, professional, friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We've used Done and Dusted since February 21 and have always been happy! The ladies work really hard and the manager Simona stays in touch and let's us know in advance if there will be a different cleaner and has stepped in herself to make sure our clean happens. We have a couple of ladies regularly who are both great (big thanks to Raluca and Mandy!) and if we have a different lady they always do a great job too! We really appreciate the consistency and professionalism Done and Dusted provide and would highly recommend them.

I first used Done and dusted when I was in Welwyn garden city for a moving clean after which we decided to have a regular cleaner. We got to know Alina over these 5 years and she is incredible. She has been an excellent cleaner for each house we have moved to. I can highly recommend her and done and dusted. We have always had an alternative when Alina was on holiday. She is lovely with our children and our in law's dog. Professional, efficient and effective.

I can highly recommend this company. I first contacted them for a one-off deep clean, and my husband and I were so impressed with the standard and thoroughness of the clean that when we decided to look for a weekly standard cleaner, we immediately came back to Done and Dusted. Every week we are blown away by how lovely our house looks after their visit. They are warm and kind and take great care to ensure our wishes are carried out. Incredibly good value for money - I cannot recommend them enough.

After trying many cleaning companies over the years we found Done and Dusted and have stuck with them for years now. The cleaners have all been fantastic and generally consistent. Whenever a cleaner is unavailable we're always looked after. For the last 9 months we've had a new cleaner, Christina as we moved and she has been absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond with her cleaning, is always pleasant and very sweet with our daughter.

We have been using Alina from Done and Dusted for 3 years now, we moved house last summer and she "came" with us to our new place in a different area. My partner doesn't stop singing praises for the incredible job that Alina does at our house every week. He is a bit of a clean freak, but Alina is meticulous and leaves the entire house shining each time.
She also has a warm personality, friendly with our kids, even our dog, who usually hates people with hoovers, likes her and won't leave her side. Simona has been great finding replacement for when Alina is away, but nobody seems to beat her cleaning. We love Simona and her team! Every week when they come, we feel that they put our life to rights. They always go above and beyond and try to anticipate our needs. Furniture is moved and hoovered underneath, little tasks like cleaning out the fridge are done on a regular basis, as well as the cleaning of cupboards. They are more expensive than your average cleaning service, but well worth it for the quality. We love supporting a local business owner and getting the support we need in our lives!

I have tried a number of cleaners and cleaning companies over the years. They often start ok for a few weeks and then the service level declines. Not so with Done And Dusted. I have been using them for a long time and the standards have never dropped it's always top notch. No other company has ever cleaned my Venetian blinds weekly as well as coping with piles of ironing. Always polite, respectful and trustworthy. You really do get what you pay for.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Done and Dusted - my daughter organised them from Australia as a treat after I had broken my arm (the useful one!).
